Ignited started its journey in 2007 with the aim to provide quality software solutions at an affordable price. We also laid particular emphasis on providing thorough post-sales support to provide our clients a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Looking back we can humbly say that we have succeeded in our aim, to a certain extent, as many of our clients have been with us for several years and have imposed their faith in us by providing repeat orders and opportunities to work for them. We are extremely grateful to our clients for their faith in us and this has been our biggest motivation.

One of our core areas of expertise is providing a comprehensive ERP solution to small and medium sized organizations, keeping in mind their unique requirements and methodology. We have based our solutions depending on the projects' requirements, keeping in mind the need to provide scalability for future expansions.

We have also given particular emphasis to web based developments, whether as a web site consisting of a few pages or a comprehensive web portal with user interaction and functionality. For each web project, we provide a unique look and feel to the site based on the client's preferences and harmonious with the theme and look of the existing business profile.

In 2014, we launched Orchid, a modular school management system, that proved to be quite successful due to its user-friendly operations and easy customization features. We also provided extensive post-sales support to ensure that the users can use the system confidently and comfortably. We are happy to announce that Orchid has been running successfully for 3 years in more than 25 schools in West Bengal and Sikkim.

We will be launching a new version of Orchid in the later half of 2017, which will contain more features and functionality. We are confident that Orchid version 2 will prove to be as successful, if not more, as Orchid version 1.
